November 23, 2021 – EBIT Associates, a leading Illinois-registered, lower middle-market investment bank with several accredited association member firms, announced today that it advised Cawn-Krantz and Associates, Ltd., an Illinois corporation d/b/a Cawn-Krantz. (“CKA”) (www.cawn-krantz.com) on its sale to Positive Development Services, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company d/b/a Positive Development (“PD”) (www.positivedevelopment.com), for an undisclosed amount.

Headquartered in Illinois, Cawn-Krantz specializes in diagnosing and treating children from birth through high school with a variety of services. These services include speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, feeding therapy and social-emotional support. They believe in meeting the developmental needs of the whole child.

Headquartered in California, Positive Development has decades of experience with autism and related disabilities. Their mission is to help children build more natural, meaningful connections with their families and communities as they achieve greater growth and independence.
