ON ITS INVESTMENT FROM LIMITED COMPANY INTEREST

CHICAGO – 2022 – EBIT Associates, a leading Illinois-registered, lower middle-market investment bank with several accredited association member firms, announced today that it advised Advanced Staffing Associates, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company (“LLC Interest”), for an undisclosed amount to Kalyan Pathuri and who is president of GCP, Inc.

Headquartered in Plainville, Connecticut, Advanced Staffing Associates, LLC,  www.advstaff.net is in the business of temporary labor staffing solutions to clients in health care and other industries.

Kalyan Pathuri and GCP, Inc. is a Fairfax, Virginia based staffing firm investing in niche consolidator of companies within the Solutions, Staffing and Technology space. We acquire majority ownership in companies that reflect strong financials and growth prospects, thoughtful management, and a solid track record of new client acquisition and retention.
